The Whole Story.

I know what it feels like to be drowning in your own business and not know how to ask for help — or even where to start. I’ve reinvented myself more than once. For a long time I was showing up as the version of me I thought everyone wanted — polished, corporate, obedient. It took losing a job I thought I needed to finally figure out who I actually was.

Long before I stepped into operations, people called me when something needed figuring out. Printers, DVD players, universal remotes, Bluetooth setups. If it was confusing, it somehow found its way into my hands. I’d go back to basics — check the connections, update the software, and occasionally just turn it off and turn it back on. It’s annoying when that’s all it takes, but sometimes it really is that simple.

That instinct followed me into theatre. A production doesn’t succeed because of one brilliant person. It succeeds because everyone knows their role, their cue, and who’s holding it all together — that’s the stage manager.

I love the puzzle. I love the plan. The absolute best thing for me is watching someone exhale when they finally feel supported instead of judged.

Consider me your stage manager, the one making sure you get your moment in the light.
